Document detailing the distribution of the money of the Kollel of Sovalk and Lomzeh, signed by the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Aba Citron, son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Risin of Dvinsk – “the Rogotchover Gaon”. Petah Tikva, 1917.
In the document, Rabbi Citron confirms a message by one of the residents of the city, who requests that due to his debts from 1916, the money due to him from the Chaluka of the Sovalk and Lomzeh Kollel be transferred directly to his creditors, as stated in his loan papers. The lien makes it so the money is directly owed to the creditors of R’ Moshe ben Aryeh Hakohen, who is signed on the letter.
Rabbi Yisrael Aba Citron, Av Beis Din in Petah Tikva, adds three lines in his hand, and signs it.
