Halachic discussion handwritten by the holy Gaon Rabbi Meir, Av Beis Din of Starokostiantyniv, son of Maran Rabbi Yaakov of Emden, the Yaavetz. The only person in history to have had a Halachic letter exchange with the Baal Shem Tov.
