Manuscript. Deed of witness and abdication from all rights in the estate of his aunt and uncle. Baghdad, 1847.


“From now I have absolved myself to them, a complete and everlasting abdication according to Halacha, in this world and in the next”.

In the deed, the bochur Yechazkel Eliyahu Abed Elazar absolves himself from the estate of his uncle and aunt, also members of the Abed Elazar family.

The witnesses signed below are Ezra Rahamim Chaim Shlomo Moshe Garji, and David Yehuda Shamash Cohen.
