Responsum on the subject of a divorce granted by a dying person, handwritten by the famous and immense Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Rabinowitz, Av Beis Din of Ponovizh, known as ‘Reb Itzeleh Ponnovizher’.


Four pages out of a responsum handwritten by Reb Itzeleh of Ponovizh. The entire responsum was printed in his Responsa Zecher Yitzchak HaShalem (Mechon Yerushalayim 1990).
