The typewritten ruling, on official letterhead, carries handwritten corrections and the signature of Rabbi Menashe Klein.
The holy Gaon Rabbi Menashe Klein Av Beis Din of Ungvar (Uzhhorod) (1923–2011), Rosh Yeshiva Beis She’arim and Admor of Ungvar in the US, founder of Kiryas Ungvar. Was a famous and recognized Posek in the US, and was accoladed by the Gedolim of Eretz Yisrael.
He was especially close to his Mechutan, Maran the Pnei Menachem of Ger and Maran Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv.
