Halachic responses regarding carrying in a Carmelit and a Reshus Harabim on Shabbos, handwritten by Maran the ‘Shevet Halevi’ – Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, Gaavad of Zichron Meir and Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Chachmei Lublin in Bnei Berak, from the greatest of the generation’s Poskim.


The responsum was printed as-is, with slight changes, in Responsa Shevet Halevi, vol. I §59. One change in the print version is marked in boldface, noting the changed words.
The responsum was sent undated, but it was written early on, circa 1960s.
