Interesting letter sent by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Gottman, Dayan in Brisk, and right-hand-man of Maran Rav Chaim of Brisk, to the Rabbonim of Yerushalayim, Rabbi Simcha Weingrad, and Rabbi Zerach Epstein, regarding Yeshiva Toras Chaim. Brisk, 1931.
In the letter he discusses sending collectors to America on behalf of the Yeshiva, wonders that the necessary and important collection for Kimcha Depischa for the students has not been set up yet, and deals with exchange rates between the Dollar and Zloty.
