Important letter regarding the “Chazon Ovadiya” seminary for Rabbonim and Dayanim, headed by Maran the immense Gaon Rabbi Ovadiya Yosef – entirely in his handwriting. 1979.

In his letter, sent to the chairman of the Religious Council in Tveriya, Maran Rabbi Ovadiya explains why he cannot give a scholarship to one of the students in the Kollel.

Maran ends the letter with a blessing: “Hashem will help his honor to merit and benefit the public and increase and promote Torah with much happiness and wealth and long life and all good.”

The letter is completely handwritten in his distinct and clear handwriting, but is unsigned.
