Handwritten by a scribe and signed by the leaders of ‘Kehal Adas Bnei Yisrael in Jaffa’: Rabbi Simcha Bunim Nawalsky, Betzalel Hakohen Lapin, and Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Halevi Rubinstein – Mashgiach in the ‘Sha’arei Torah’ Cheder in Jaffa.
[1] pg. with seal of the congregation and signatures of three honorable members. Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Halevi adds a few lines in his own hand, giving additional encouragement to help this poor man, and blessings for the donors, signs and stamps it.
