The Sefer includes innovations in Halacha following the order of the Shulhan Aruch. Published by the author’s grandson, Rabbi Yaakov David Hacohen, a collector and resident of Yerushalayim, who had it printed in the famous print house in Livirno, with approbations by the Rabbis of Livorno.
Ownership notations mark it as belonging to Rabbi aharon Zelig and Rabbi Efrayim Asher Halevi Rottenberg.
