Eliya Rabba, Sulzbach, 1757. The exemplar of the Tzaddik ‘The Greiditzer’ Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher, with lengthy glosses handwritten by him. Have never been printed.

Additional ownership notations, Shlomo Katz. Some notations and glosses in later script, apparently handwritten by this writer.
The holy Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher of Greiditz (Grodzisk Wielkopolski), ‘The Greiditzer’ [1796-1875] a Divine Kabbalist whose blessings were never in vain. A revered wonder-worker whom many came to for salvation and advice.
[2] 218 leaves. The last leaf was cut in the binding and the last line is missing. Dozens of glosses handwritten by the Tzaddik of Greiditz Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher.
Stains, wear and restorations to some leaves. Minor moth perforations. New, elegant leather binding. Very good condition.
