Signed are Maran the ‘Minchas Yitzchak’, who was then still the Raavad, along with the holy Geonim Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund and Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Dushinsky. All three went on to lead the generation as Gaavad of the Eidah Charedis.
