Ruling and a release for an Aguna, handwritten by the Gaon the Tzaddik the “Tchaba Rav”, Rabbi Shraga Shmuel Schnitzler.

The release is in his handwriting and signed by him and the members of his Beis Din, 1948.

The release was given regarding the Bochur Yitzchak Eizik Grunwald who went to and never returned from the death camps. The Tchaba Rav details in his handwriting the terrible situation in which that Bochur was, and of whom Rabbi Yeshaya Fisch testifies that he passed away.

The Tchaba Rav is joined in signing by Rabbi Yoel Tzvi Goldschiff, and Rabbi Shlomo Yitzchak {?}. Also stamped with his round seal. Rabbi Fisch also signs.

[1] lined paper in his handwriting and signature. Filing and fold marks. Good condition.
