Letter of recommendation handwritten signed by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Moshe Halberstam of Tchakawa, member of the Beis Din of the Eidah Charedis in Yerushalayim, 1987.


Sent to the management of the Ezras Torah organization in the US.
