Siddur Ari “Kol Yaakov” – Lemberg, 1859 – with handwritten glosses at the beginning.
On the front flyleaf are Kabbalistic summaries of some of the Kavanot of weekday and Shabbos prayers. The content shows it was written by someone with extensive knowledge. Underneath these are four lines, written in blue ink and a different handwriting, of a copy of the writings of the “Leshem” in one of his Seforim.
