Collection of letters sent from various important Rabbonim in Yerushalayim, some of them known Gedolim, to the presidium of ‘Ezras Torah’. In all of these fully handwritten letters, the writers turn to ‘Ezras Torah’ with requests for assistance in marriage expenses for their students or others who have approached them.
The letters reveal just a miniscule amount of the efforts the Rabbonim undertook in order to assist their congregants and disciples to marry them off in a respectable way.
