The letter, entirely handwritten by him and bearing his full signature, is full of blessings from his good heart for those who stand to assist the needy, helping the wretched and impaired to prevent them from falling into depression and assisting them spiritually and physically.
The Rebbe ends his letter with abundant blessings: “Certainly all those who assist and volunteer were blessed from the source of blessings that Hashem will fulfill their hearts’ wishes for good in blessings both spiritual and physical.”
