Collection of six letters of recommendation, blessings, and Halachic responses from Admorim and Rabbonim in Israel.
1. Letter of recommendation handwritten by Admor Rabbi Mordechai David Kahana of Spinka Yerushalayim – 1983. Recommendation to one who had toiled for many years composing a Sefer regarding Jewish genealogy “and the merit of all the holy Geonim mentioned in this Sefer will stand by him and his descendants to be blessed with all manners of good as their hearts desire for good and life and peace”.
2. Letter of blessings handwritten by the Admor Rabbi Moshe Elyakim Bri’ah Kahana of Spinka Bnei Brak – 2007. Blessings to a Holocaust survivor and his family “and my prayers are that you should merit to worship Hashem in comfort and peace of mind, praying for you and your household for all good and awaiting salvation”.
3. Letter in Halacha handwritten by the Admor Rabbi Chaim Alter David Leifer of Nadvorna Haifa – 2019. Confirmation of receipt of a Pidyon and a Halachic responsum regarding putting on two socks simultaneously, and whether there is an issue of ‘Bittul Torah’ when saying a Bracha out loud when learning with a Chavrusa. “With blessings for all good Selah”.
4. New year’s greeting postcard handwritten by Rabbi Naftali Asher Yeshaya Moskowitz to the Stropkover Rebbe, Rabbi Avraham Sholom Yisaschar Lipshutzɑlberstam. Yom Kippur eve, 1970, “blessing of a Gmar Chatima Tova, a good year blessed with all salvations and may we speedily merit the coming of the redeemer”.
5. Letter of blessings handwritten by Admor Rabbi Yosef David Teitelbaum of Sassov – Yismach Moshe. Originally written on an invitation to his daughter’s wedding which had been cut off. “and I bless him to merit to see much Nachas and holy pleasure from all his descendants etc.”
6. Letter of blessings for a wedding handwritten by Rabbi Mordechai Frankel, from the Rabbonim of Haifa – 1986. The Rabbi blesses with “Light, abundance of blessing and successful livelihood, and finding favor by G-D and people and all your heart’s wishes should be fulfilled for good. (written on the reverse of his official calling card).
