Letter of thanks sent by the heads and leaders of the Holy City of Yerushalayim, headed by the immense Gaon Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld and Rabbi Eliyahu Klatzkin, the ‘Toras Chesed’ of Lublin, to the leadership of Agudas Yisrael in Switzerland. 1929.
In the letter, they thank the orphans’ fund of Agudas Yisrael in Switzerland, headed by the honorable treasurer Rabbi Yosef Brandeis of Zurich and managed and guided by the honorable and pious Rabbi Chaim Yisrael Ice – from the heads of Agudas Yisroel in Zurich who later became the legendary messenger of salvation – for sending money for the orphans of Yerushalayim.
Typed on an official letterhead of the famous Diskin orphanage, and bearing the signatures of the presidents of the institution, the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld and Rabbi Eliyahu Klatzkin, as well as the heads of the Diskin orphanage.
Rabbi Klatzkin’s signature was done using a signature stamp.
