Agreement and a continuation of the Beis Din ruling in the case between the management of Agudas Yisroel and the Community Board of the Eidah Charedis. Unsigned Psak from the members of the Beis Din Tzedek of the Ashkenai Communities.


Follows the elections within the Community Board of the Eidah Charedis, officially known as the “City Board for the Ashkenazi Community” – when the members of ‘Neturei Karta’ were able to overcome the representatives of Agudas Yisroel, headed by Rabbi Moshe Blau, and oust them from the Community Board.
