Letter of response in the handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Meshulam Roth of Chernivtsi. Cârlibaba, 1932.


Addressed to Rabbi Chaim Waltzer, the letter confirms Rabbi Roth’s the receipt of his letter and tells him that he is doing well and that he has been receiving all the Seforim he needs. He continues by conveying his hopes that Hashem will send him the succor he needs and give him the strength to study and teach. He sends his blessings to Rabbi Waltzer and all of his friends and acquaintances.
