[3] pp. Sephardic handwriting, with signatures of the Rabbonim of Morocco: Rabbi Mordechai Larido, Rabbi Avraham Toledano, Rabbi Yosef Elmaliaḥ, and Rabbi Moshe Ben-Jo. Tangiers, 1797-1805.

Three rulings, on [3] pp. 10x15cm.
✵ First ruling, handwritten and signed by Rabbi Mordechai Larido and co-signed by Rabbi Avraham Toledano. 1797.
✵ Second ruling, signed by Rabbi Avraham Toledano and Rabbi Yosef Elmaliaḥ. 1805
✵ Third ruling, handwritten and signed by Rabbi Moshe Ben-Jo and co-signed by Rabbi Yosef Elmaliaḥ. 1806.

Rabbi Yosef ben Ayush Elamaliaḥ (ca. 1740-1823) – ‘Our master, the great Rabbi Mahari”l’, Dayan in Salé, Rosh Yeshiva and Av Beis Din in Rabat, and Av Beis Din of Gibraltar. Author of “Tokpo Shel Yosef” (Livorno, 1823-1855), which is considered a cornerstone of Paskening by Moroccan Dayanim.

Rabbi Mordechai Larido – Rabbi in Tangiers.

Rabbi Avraham Toledano – “The complete sage, excellent Dayan, seeks the good of his people in tangiers”. From the Dayanim and sages of Tangiers. Wrote an approbation in 1902 for the Sefer “Melechet Hakodesh” written by Rabbi Moshe Toledano.

Rabbi Moshe Ben-Jo – from Rabbi Avraham Toledano’s disciples. Member of the Beis Din of Rabbi Yitzchak ben walid and Rabbi Yom Tov Halevi in Tangiers.

Slight damage along the fold marks. Light defects on the outer margins. Good condition.
