[4] large sheets, handwritten by the scribe Rabbi Abba Atiyeh, signed by him and Rabbi Yosef Halevi Ibn Juli, and with an additional [7] lines handwritten by Rabbi Refael Even Tzor and undersigned by him.
Rabbi Abba Atiyeh and Rabbi Yosef Halevi Ibn Juli – from the sages and Rabbonim of Fes in the 19th century.
Rabbi Refael Even Tzor [the last, son of Rabbi Shlomo] (1830-1916) – Rabbi of Fes. Immense philanthropist; great in Torah, and held one of the largest and most significant libraries in Morocco. Amongst his works are objections on the Sefer ‘Beit Oved Veyom Menucha’, responsa, and rulings.
Tear across each of the pages, bisecting them completely. Repaired with adhesive tape. Tears and damage on the margins. Fair condition.
