Chiddushe Torah and important glosses from Maran the holy Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Asad, author of ‘Responsa Mahari”a’ and Gaavad of Serdahel, on Sefer ‘Seder Mishna’ first edition, Prague 1820.

Also has signatures from his son and successor, Rabbi Aharon Shmuel Asad, Gaavad of Serdahel, as well as those of Rabbi Moshe Herzfeld, a disciple of Maran the Chasam Sofer.

Later-date signature of Rabbi Yosef Horowitz, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Chiddushei HaRim and from the greats of the Mir yeshiva in Lithuania and Shanghai.

Sefer ‘Seder Mishna’, on the Rambam. Vol. I, by the illustrious Gaon Rabbi Wolf of Boskowitz, son of Maran the ‘Machtzis HaShekel’.

On the title page is a partial signature: “the young, Yehuda…”
On the back flyleaf is the signature of his son and successor: “This Sefer belongs to my father and teacher, the Rabbinical Rabbi Yehuda Asad’, followed by his own signature “the young, Shmuel”.
Important glosses in the holy handwriting of Mahari Asad.; short and in fading ink within the body of the sefer, and long, clear ones, discussing the ‘Seder Mishna’ on the back flyleaf.
Beyond this, an historic listing of circumcisions, he did in 1825-26, where he notes when he did the circumcision in full and when he only made the cut.

On the title page also appears the signature of the immense Gaon Rabbi Moshe Herzfeld, Av Beis Din of Silash, from the greatest disciples of Maran the Chasam Sofer and his son, the Ksav Sofer: “I, the young, Moshe Herzfeld”.
