Chesed Le’Avraham, by Rabbeinu Avraham Azulai, one of the first Seforim printed by Rabbi Moshe Shapiro – Slavuta, 1894.
Chessed le’avraham, Rabbi Avraham Azulai’s Kabbalistic Sefer, includes also “Breichat Avraham” and elucidation of the ma’amarim of Chazal based on Rav Chaim Vital’s teachings of the Secret Wisdom. Slavuta, 1894.
One of the first Seforim printed by the holy Rabbi Moshe Shapiro in Slavuta, whose name is not mentioned on the title page. However, on the reverse side, within the approbation of his in-law, the holy Rabbi Yaakov Shimshon of Shpituvka, Av Beis Din of Slavuta, he mentions his as: “our in-law, the exalted Rabbi, son of holies, the holy candle, Rabbi Pinchas (of Koretz)”. It has been told that at the time Rabbi Moshe had not yet obtained a license for his printing house, and that is why his name was hidden.
