Two manuscripts, copies of late 17th century manuscripts.
1: Ledger of the Bomberg community from the late 1600’s.
2: copies of correspondence of Rabbis with the Christian Hebraist Johann Christoph Wagenseil – never printed.
This lot contains two manuscripts which were copied, in a nice handwriting, towards the end of the 19th century for the research of the collector and researcher Dr. David Kaufman (1852-1899).
