Glosses in the author’s own handwriting: on pp. 22, 43, 47, 48, 83, 86, 98, 99, and in the index, p. 111. Most are light proofreading corrections, with a three-dot symbol (∵). In some glosses he corrects typos in the numbering of the responsum and in others he references other responsa.
Ownership notation on the title page: “Received from the estate of my father Rabbi Pinchas OBM. The y. Eliezer Lazi. Received from R’ Avraham Yaakov Mordechai son of the honorable… Eisen”.
