Testimony document from Ancona, about a long-term lease, from (1736) and (1761), signed by Rabbi Eliya Yekutiel ben Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Chaim of Senigallia. Italian manuscript.
"I testify … how I copied the above first document and the testimony written beneath it … word for word … I have not omitted and not added, with all their signatures … so I have been ordered and so I have done". [2] leaves, Italian manuscript with a certified copies of testimony documents concerning a long-term lease, from Ancona, dated (17.02.1736). At its end, a signed conformation by Rabbi Eliya Yekutiel ben Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Chaim of Senigallia about the precision of the copying of the first document that was copied by him.

Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Chaim ben Rabbi Yekutiel of Senigallia – a great Torah sage, one of the rabbis of Ancona and its sages. Described in Sefer Zichron Moshe by Rabbi Moshe Azulai (siman 568) as "a complete sage great in Chassidus".
Fold marks, aging stains, some short tears and tiny holes, good condition.
