Signatures of all the lofty people and heads of the Kollelim in the holy city of Tzfas, on a receipt for funds sent by the Knesset Yisrael committee in Yerushalayim.
The money was received via the great Gaon Rabbi Refael Silberman, the Gaavad of Tzfas and via the Rabbonim Rabbi Rabbi Yaakov and Rabbi Shmuel Willner.
The signatories: Rabbi Avraham Leib Silberman, Av Beis Din of the city, Rabbi Chaim Sheinbach Lowinger, Rabbi Baruch Kahana, Rabbi Yehuda Menachem Kahana, Rabbi Baruch Reichman, Rabbi Meir Meirowitz, Rabbi David Yalis, Rabbi Yaakov Gottleib, and Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Markowitz.
Also included are seals of all the Kollelim in Tzefas and Tveriah: Kollel Kossov, Kollel Zibenbirgen, Kollel Anshei Polin Warsaw, Kollel Kehal Adas Yeshurun of Kollel Marmorush-Hungary, and Kollel Austria.
