Letter of the Gaon Rabbi Berish Zaltz, one of the leaders of the Jewish settlement in Tzfas to Maran the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, Rav of yerushalaym, containing regards to Maran the Saba Kadisha, Rabbi Shlomo Elazar Alfandari, to whom Rabbi Berish was very close.


The letter is written in very flowery fashion, in a handsome handwriting, and uses much prose.

The letter concludes with a wish for speedy salvation and he should hear good news of a complete recovery for Maran Rav Alfandari.
