Polemic poster from the month of Av, 1935, “Factual statements” in support of the Shechita supervised by the Israeli Chief Rabbinate and the “Knesset Yisrael” congregation.


Leading the signatories are Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hakohen Kook, Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank, Rabbi Isser Zalmen Meltzer, and Rabbi Abba Yaakov Hakohen Borochov, alongside other leading Rabbonim.

They come out to justify the Shechita of the Religious Council of the Knesset Yisrael Jerusalem community against the claims of Agudas Yisrael and others.
