Nefesh Yehonatan by Rabbi Yonatan Eibshutz. Warsaw, 1905. Exemplar signed by the Tzaddik Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh Alter, grandson of the Sfas Emes, son of his son, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Nechemia Alter of Lodz.


On the title page is a signature of one of the most illustrious of the grandsons of the Sfas Emes, the son of ranni Nechemya’le of Ger – Yerushalayim – Lodz and brother-in-law of the Lev Simcha, brother of the righteous Rebbetzin, the only survivor of her family. His nephew is the current Rebbe f Ger.
