letter from the Rebbe dated the 5th of Elul 5751 (Aug. 15, 1991) regarding “your son’s third birthday…Upsherin”.
At the end of the letter is a transcript of part of the letter by the Rebbe Rayatz regarding cutting the hair and the customs surrounding it.
The Rebbe continues to bless: “May it be the will of Hashem that you and your spouse raise him to Torah and marriage and good deeds in comfort. With a blessing for Ksiva Vechasima Tova.”
At the end is the Rebbe’s handwritten signature. Letter is in the original envelope.
