A “general – private” letter from C”K Admor of Lubavitch, with his signature– sent to the wonderous Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Yehuda Zerachia Segal, Rabbi of the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood in Tel Aviv – regarding the greatness of Yud Tes Kislev and the importance of making a Hisva’adus on that day – with and additional, unprinted, 5-line paragraph, and handwritten corrections – Shvat, 1960.
“Am Yisrael increase power in the heavenly host”.
Most of the letter was printed in ‘Igros Kodesh’, vol. 19, p. 182, besides for the last paragraph which deals with “Religious guidance department” (apparently of the Religious Council in Tel Aviv).
