Letter of blessing, encouragement, and support from C”K Admor of Lubavitch, with his signature, with a handwritten reference – sent to the wonderous Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Yehuda Zerachia Segal, Rabbi of the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood in Tel Aviv – Av, 1960 – first half not printed.
The last section is a sort of “general-private” letter, on the essence of the month of Av “for it is like its name, that our Father in heaven comforts each and every one of his children…” Printed in Igros Kodesh vol. 19 in several letters from Av 1960.
The first and personal half was not printed.
In the opening, the Rebbe blesses him:
“And may it be the will that as he informs good regarding the spreading of the wellsprings… he will also inform good in his private affairs.”
Further on the Rebbe sends his blessings on occasion of his sister’s giving birth to a girl, “and her name was called chaya sarah…
may they raise her to Torah and the Chupah, and to good deeds.”
At the end, the Rebbe notes, in his handwriting, a source “see Sanhedrin 21/a”. There is also another word added to the letter’s text in his handwriting
