A proclamation from C”K Admor the Rayatz of Lubavitch, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Shneerson, calling to awaken to repent due to the terrible situation of the Jewish nation all over the world, to establish a “Global Tehillim Society” close to the grave of King David in Yerushalayim and joining Tehillim Societies everywhere.
