The letter was sent to R’ Alter Chaim Hakohen of Yerushalayim. In the letter, the Rebbe responds to him on his blessings: “Felicitations on the blessings”.
At the end, the Rebbe blesses “with a blessing of Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov on the marriage of his grandson Yekil Nesanel, may it take place in a good and successful time”.
